Petitioner seeks bail in Excise G.O. Case no. 916 of 2020 arising out of P.R. Case no. 14 of 2020 registered under section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 360 liters foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from court yard of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail since 9.9.2020. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about 4 1⁄2 months.

Taking into consideration the facts, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge II-cumSpecial Judge (Excise), Darbhanga in Excise G.O. Case no. 916
