======================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-08-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction in appeal dated 26.07.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-II, Kaimur at Bhabhua in Criminal Appeal No. 9/2000/1/2005, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 28.01.2002 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kaimur at Bhabhua in G.R. No. 1229 of 1998 (Tr. No. 460 of 2002), by which he has convicted the Petitioners under Section 414/34 IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. two years.
Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any reason for interference with the same. However, considering the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the Application stands dismissed.
