2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 448, 354B and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(xi) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act registered in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 221 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated owing to the enmity between the parties. In any event, the matter has since been compromised in terms of the joint petition having been filed before the learned court.
4. Having regard to the specific accusation against the petitioner and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) U B.T/-
