The MJC No. 2613 of 2018 has been preferred for compliance of order dated 09.05.2018 passed in CWJC No.
Patna High Court MJC No.2613 of 2018(3) dt.10-08-2023 2/3 16806 of 2015.
The writ Court had taken note of the fact that the grievance raised in the writ petition was already redressed and thereafter by way of supplementary affidavit, another set of grievance was brought on record which was directed to be taken note of and the admitted dues to be paid accordingly. A show cause on behalf of the opposite party no. 6 and 7 namely, the Director, Directorate, Provident Fund, Patna and the District Provident Fund Officer, Jehanabad is/are on record. As per paragraph 12, the petitioner has already been paid the GPF amount and it was further averred that in case after the availability of T.V number and date, it comes to light that some more amount remains, the same shall be paid.
It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that around Rs. 56,000/- still has to be paid. He will be approaching the opposite party no. 6, the Director, Directorate, Provident Fund, Patna with all the relevant documents on 24.08.2023 at 12:00 P.M. and submit the same. Thereafter, the opposite party no. 6 shall be duty bound to detail out whether the petitioner still has some amount to be paid or not.
The opposite party no. 6 shall ensure that the entire
Patna High Court MJC No.2613 of 2018(3) dt.10-08-2023 3/3 process stands completed within four weeks from 24.08.2023. The MJC No. 2613 of 2018 stands disposed of with aforesaid observation.
