The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 09.03.2015 contained in letter no. 468 whereby meeting of the members of the Managing Committee of Religious Public Trust, namely, Sri Ram Janki Mandir (Sahu Math and Hanumangarhi Trust), Gaza Chowk, Motihari, was called by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6120 of 2015 dt.20-08-2018 2/2 Chairman of the Committee.

The so-called impugned order dated 09.03.2015 as contained in Annexure-5 to the writ petition is not an order rather a notice calling meeting of its member of the Trust Committee, namely, Sri Ram Janki Mandir (Sahu Math and Hanumangarhi Trust), Gaza Chowk, Motihari.

A writ petition against a notice summoning a meeting of the Trust Committee would not be maintainable. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
