Vide order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2050 of 2020 by this Court, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directing him to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but he failed to furnish the bail bond within time due to illness. In that view of the matter, the order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2050 of 2020 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of six weeks from the date of this order in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 758 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Patna City, District-
