2. We are afraid, this petition cannot be entertained on half-baked facts.

3. The petitioner would be well advised to withdraw this petition and file a concerted plea against the orders by which he stands prejudiced.

4. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to approach this Court with an appropriate writ petition.

5. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
