2. The following order was passed on 26.06.2024:- " Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 102, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Jagga Ray was killed by the accused persons. The petitioner in his self inculpatory statement has confessed the guilt and given the details of the crime. The petitioner is in jail since 28.10.2023.

Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35947 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 regular bail is hereby rejected."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the trial, two witnesses have been examined.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in the killing of the deceased and the fact that the trial has started and two witnesses have been examined, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
