2. Counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner has been favoured with compassionate appointment.

3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been granted regular appointment, rather he has been appointed on the post of Panchayat Teacher.

4. In view of the latest judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Mukesh & Anr vs State of Bihar & Ors, reported in (2017) 5 SCC 383, the respondents are required to

In case, the petitioner files a representation before the respondent authorities along with a copy of this order, the respondent authorities will consider the representation of the petitioner in the light of the latest judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Mukesh & Anr (Supra) within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order along with the representation.
