08-03-2016 Heard Sri Mukesh Kumar Rana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Jainul Abedin, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. has prayed for quashing of an order dated 27-08-2012 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Araria in Complaint Case No. 1088C of 2011, whereby, the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to old animosity, false case has been instituted. On perusal of the material on record, particularly; the impugned order, I do not find any ground for interference. The petition stands dismissed.
