The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Muffasil P. S. Case No.230 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/ 34, 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. and the petitioner being the husband and the marriage was of the Year 2016 and the victim died and the allegation is of demand of dowry and for non-fulfilment of the same, the occurrence was committed, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
