Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 79 of 2013 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 376, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, it has been submitted that the informant and the petitioner have compromised the case and both are living together as wife and husband having child also from the wedlock. The informant is also major one and compromise petition has been filed before the court below and in that view of the matter the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30626 of 2014 (2) dt.21-01-2015 below and seek regular bail with compromise petition and the learned court below after ascertaining the genuineness of the compromise petition, release the petitioner on bail to its satisfaction without being prejudiced by the present order. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
