4.Respondent :The Chairman, Zila Parishad, Aurangabad. Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Amish Kumar, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State and Zila Parishad, Aurangabad have been heard.

In view of the fact that the parties had agreed before the Bench in a pre-litigation hearing for referring the matter to the Lok Adalat and the stand today by learned counsel for the Zila Parishad, Aurangabad that all admissible dues of the petitioner have been paid though during the pendency of the writ petition, it can be presumed that such stand is correct.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

4. However, as has been agreed by learned counsel for the Zila Parishad, Aurangabad, if the petitioner feels that any further payment remains to be made, he shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 3 which shall be considered and disposed off by passing a reasoned order expeditiously within two months from the date of such filing of representation and further that if any payment is to be made, the same shall also be credited into the account of the petitioner within four weeks thereafter.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
