JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-02-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this contempt application as according to him, the order of this Court, violation of which has been alleged in the present contempt application, has been complied with. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondent has raised a grievance that without following the principles of natural justice and the procedure prescribed for removal of encroachment, his house has been demolished. Such aspect is not required to be gone into in the present contempt application which has primarily been filed alleging disobedience of this Court's order.
