The petitioner is in custody in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.107 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018 and Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 50.600 liters liquor was seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
