2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 647 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 409, 468, 471, 467, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that on the basis of forged eligibility certificate, the petitioners got appointed as contractual teachers in the primary school in the year 2006.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

No.39731 of 2025(6) dt.11-11-2025 2/3 the petitioners have drawn their salaries as per the order of this Hon'ble Court and the state had failed to cast suspicion on the academic certificates, of petitioners. Hence, withdrawing of salaries by petitioners is not illegal. Learned counsel further submits that both the petitioners have resigned from their service and copy of resignation letter has been annexed as Annexure-P/1 and Annexure-P/2 of the second supplementary affidavit. Lastly it is submitted that both the petitioners have clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, and considering the resignation letters of both the petitioners, this Court is inclined to extend them the privilege of anticipatory bail.
7. Let the petitioners be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 647 of 2017 subject to the conditions
