1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the B.N.S.S.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent. It is next

No.37876 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/3 submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that specific allegation of assaulting the husband of the petitioner is on Ramesh (petitioner no.1), further on order of Krishna Rai, it is alleged that accused Mahesh, Pappu and Anil disrobed the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of dispute relating to land an altercation took place in which both sides assaulted each other. It is also submitted that the injury suffered by the husband of the informant is simple in nature. It is next submitted that allegation of disrobing the informant has been made only with a view to give serious colour to the case. It is also submitted that petitioners are not criminals.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions and also taking into consideration the fact that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
