Learned counsel for the applicant State of Bihar seeks further adjournment for the same. We are not inclined to grant any adjournment, inasmuch as, the removal of defects also will not yield any fruitful results, inasmuch as, the issue raised in this Review
Patna High Court C. REV. No.226 of 2018(9) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 Application now has become infructuous keeping in view the judgment delivered by us on 22nd August, 2019 in M.J.C. No. 54 of 2013 [Shiv Pujan Sahay & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.] and analogous matters. Accordingly, no review of the impugned judgment is required as the final disposal and adjudication in the aforesaid case will now ultimately govern the rights of the parties.
The Review Application is accordingly consigned to records.
