1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 323, 452, 307, 386, 427, 379 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent.
4. The informant alleges that accused persons came and Anil fired in the air, thereafter Ajay assaulted by pistol causing injury on eye and also fired but missed, thereafter, he assaulted by lathi causing injury on head, it is

No.40729 of 2023(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/3 further alleged that Hira took Rs. 50,000/- from the counter of the shop in lieu of extortion while 20-25 unknown were managing the crowd outside the shop, it is next alleged that the crowds started pelting stones damaging the vehicle of the accused by which they had come.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that that no specific allegation of committing any overt act is alleged against the petitioner.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in
