Petitioner is challenging the order of show cause which was issued by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Ara for the alleged misconduct for running the PDS shop.

Learned counsel for the State submits that final order has already been passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar Ara vide memo no.1694 dated 30.7.2016 by which licence of the petitioner vide licence no. 19 of 2007 and licence no.200 of 2007 have been cancelled..

In such view of the matter, as show cause has now finally been merged with the order of cancellation of licence

Patna High Court CWJC No.14486 of 2016 (2) dt.18-07-2017 which is not under challenged.

In such view of the matter, this writ petition is not maintainable. The petitioner, if so advised, may challenge the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Ara before the appropriate forum as available to him.

With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
