JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 Following are the reliefs sought for in the present writ application.
"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent Bihar Nurses Registration Council (hereinafter referred to as "Council") to issue and accept the examination fee and form of the students of the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.11882 of 2014 (3) dt.10-05-2017 2/3 Institution and after accepting the same allow the students sof the petitioner Institution to appear in the examination on the scheduled date who have been admitted and pursuing their (registered) Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery course(in short, RANM) in the petitioner's Institution.
(ii) For that to direct the respondent authority to accept the forms of student of the petitioner's Institution with late fine as with late fine last date is 21/07/2014 or may grant surplus time to file the same and also to direct the respondents to allow the students of petitioner's Institution to appear in examination which is going to be conducted in month of July/August, 2014, or in near future in light of order passed by this Hon'ble Court, in CWJC No.
2798/2014 and other analogous cases.
(iii) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the eye of law in the facts and circumstances of the case."
It is apparent from the above that this application has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of as having become infructuous.
It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits or questions of law or facts raised in the present writ
