1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Saharsa Rail P.S. Case no. 18 of 2025 registered under sections 313 and 317(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, on secret information having been received about the accused persons having gathered and planning to give effect to an occurrence, a raid was conducted. A number of accused persons including the petitioner along with incriminating articles were arrested. It is stated that from the possession of the petitioner Aadhar card belonging to someone else, Rs. 6700/ in cash, mobile phone,

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedent. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession who was arrested because of some misunderstanding. The petitioner is in custody since 24.3.2025 and undertakes to cooperate in the investigation/trial.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R. together with the petitioner having remained in custody since 24.3.2025, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Saharsa Rail P.S. Case no. 18 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
