In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406, 34 of the I.P.C.

It is submitted that the petitioner being sister-in-law of Arvind Kumar Sharma has been roped in this case and she being lady deserves sympathetic consideration. The other co-accused, namely, Abadhesh Sharma @ Alok Kumar Sharma @ Abdesh Sharma and Pratima Devi have been allowed pre-arrest bail by another Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.09.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 24028 of 2014. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30734 of 2014 (2) dt.22-01-2015 2/2 and as co-accused have been allowed bail as stated above, the petitioner in case of her arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. A. Kumar, J.M. Ist Class, Naugachia at Bhagalpur in Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 277 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
