The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No.342 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner has been terminated without any enquiry about the genuineness of the certificate produced by him. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner's certificate is genuine and he was victimized by the employer and there is no chance of his

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No.342 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
