The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in S. Kamal P.S. Case No.338 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code Allegation has been made by the informant that he was going with the truck, the same was intercepted by Scorpio and thereafter the informant and others were kidnapped. During investigation looted articles were found from the Godown of the petitioner.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
