1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial no.334 of 2023 (arising out of Pipra P.S. Case no.85 of 2023) registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
3. As per the prosecution case, altogether 213 litres of nepali liquor was recovered at the instance of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 17.3.2023 and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner according to which 213 litres of nepali liquor was recovered at the instance of this petitioner, the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, his being in custody since 17.3.2023 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sessions Trial no.334 of 2023 (arising out of Pipra P.S. Case no.85 of 2023) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned In-charge, Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court no.1, Supaul.
