JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 The present application has been filed for restoration of Civil Review No.402 of 2013, which stood dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 26.06.2014.

After having heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and for the reasons disclosed in the present MJC application, the prayer for restoration is allowed. Civil Review No.402 of 2013 is directed to be restored to its original file, subject to deposit of a cost of Rs.2,000/- by the petitioners with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of three weeks from today, failing which it shall be construed that the present application stood rejected on account of non-compliance of the Court's order.
