The petitioner apprehend his arrest in Chiraiya P.S. Case No.15 of 2020, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant got information about stealing of vehicles and during the course of search found two stolen vehicles parked at different places. During the course of inquiry, the witnesses disclosed that it was the petitioner who had brought the vehicles and parked at two different places. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nobody has seen the petitioner committing theft of the vehicle. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the case, but it appears that during the course

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35351 of 2020(2) dt.19-03-2021 2/2 in inquiry, it was found that it was the petitioner who brought the two motorcycles and parked at two different places from where both the vehicles were seized.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
