In view of the fact that the forum is available before the Bihar Anudanit Shikshak Sansthan Pradhikar constituted vide notification dated 19.05.2015, the writ application is permitted to be withdrawn to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to approach the Pradhikar constituted vide notification dated 19.05.2015. In case, such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from today, the Pradhikar is required to condone the delay in filing the appeal and dispose of the same on its own merit in view of the fact that the writ application is pending in this Court since 11.03.2016.
