The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. The petitioner is a PDS dealer and he is accused of black marketing.
