====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 30-01-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the impugned order dated 20.12.2016 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali in Guardianship Case No. 6 of 2013/ 2 of 2014, whereby the court below has closed the evidence of the petitioner.
From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the court below has assigned reasons for closing the evidence of the petitioner. The court below observed that since 19.12.2015 liberty has been given to the petitioner to produce witnesses and, in fact, it had examined eight witnesses including the petitioner himself. Thus, in view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction and accordingly, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
