JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 The petitioner complains of violation of this court's order dated 20.01.2014 passed in CWJC No. 11320 of 2011 whereby, the Appellate Authority was directed to pass order afresh on the petitioner's appeal within three months from the date of receipt/ communication of the order.

This is not in dispute that the said order has since been complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the order has been complied with but belatedly and, thus, there is

Patna High Court MJC No.2781 of 2014 (3) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 deliberate defiance of this court's order.

Since the order has been complied with, though belatedly, I do not find the violation of the said order to be willful in nature.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
