The petitioner is aggrieved by Annexure 5 dated 03.09.2014 by which an amount of Rs. 20,39,589.08 has been directed to be deposited by the petitioner for reviving and allotting the concerned House No. H.M.R./31 situated in Indira Nagar, Purnea. Admittedly, the petitioner had deposited the initial amount but he did not deposit any amount thereafter and no Hire & Purchase agreement was executed by the petitioner and the Bihar State Housing Board(hereinafter to be referred to as "the Board"). However, subsequently the petitioner approached for revival of his allotment. Thereafter, the Board has directed the petitioner to deposit the price of the house which has been assessed at the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1759 of 2015 (3) dt.09-09-2015 market rate aggrieved by which he has filed the present writ application.

In view of the limited prayer made at the time of hearing of this writ application, the same is being disposed of with a liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the Managing Director of the Board by filing a representation who shall ensure to supply the details as to on what aforesaid amount has been calculated and assessed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of its filing.
