The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2679 of 2013 (Trial No. 2096 of 2014) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498(A) and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, seeks the privilege of pre-arrest bail. Mediation report has been received. From perusal of mediation report, it reveals that both parties have compromised the case and had agreed to live as husband and wife amicably. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the petitioner, in case of his arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., (East), Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 2679 of 2013 (Trial No. 2096 of 2014), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
