The Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 448, 380, 307, 427, 354-B, 505, 506, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioners, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.) P.S. Case No. 249 of 2014 pending before the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah.
