Learned counsel for the State submitted that the order dated 19.08.2017 passed in CWJC No. 5781 of 2016, has been complied with and the petitioner has been reinstated and his wages have also been paid. In support thereof, he drew the attention of the Court to order contained in Memo No. 562 dated 25.04.2019, copy of which has been made Annexure-A to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties no. 3 and 4 on 03.05.2019.
