Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioners are directed to surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46600 of 2021(4) dt.30-06-2022 2/2 learned Court below and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, considering that allegation against Harindar Singh and Laxman Singh have been acquitted by the learned court below in connection with General Registration No.-638 of 2020.
