JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act 1986. It is alleged that the informant's son was working as a domestic help in the house of the petitioners when he was being caused burnt injury with hot iron rod and was given electric shock. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury report does not suggest that any electric shock was given to the son of the informant when superficial burnt injury on the abdomen and on hand of victim were found. The accusation is not specific. The victim boy has not been examined during investigation nor the family members of the informant supported
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4612 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 the accusation and the informant has subsequently retracted from his initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 188 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
