The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 337 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 34, and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have now agreed to live with each other and the dispute has been resolved through mediation.

Considering the mediation report, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
