The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 3.3.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41029 of 2020 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 1.7.2020 and there is no progress in the learned court below.

No.47117 of 2021(2) dt.25-08-2021 2/2 taking into consideration the petitioner's period in custody together with the liberty granted by the aforesaid order dated 3.3.2021, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case no. 29 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
