In this case, limited grievance has been raised that the petitioner was not allowed to operate the bank account of the office. Claim has been made by the petitioner that after due election, a new set of officer bearers has taken the charge of the office. 3.

It has been submitted by the Bank there is no any objection to operate the bank account of the office, but subject to the condition that the petitioner will furnish the details and also satisfy certain queries of the Bank.

Let the petitioner produce the record to show that after due election new set of office bearers has taken charge of the office and also satisfy the query of the Bank. If the petitioner satisfies the query of the Bank, then the Bank must allow him to operate the bank account of the office.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
