The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 342, 326, 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, the accused persons including the petitioner herein are stated to have stopped the informant who was returning home. Thereafter it is stated that on the firing resorted to by Guddu Yadav, the informant sustained gunshot injury in his hand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No overt act has been alleged against him. He is in custody since

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, there being no allegation of overt act against the petitioner and chargecheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case no. 547 of 2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
