2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

3. Petitioner no. 1 apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner snatched golden chain from the informant's wife.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Parties are on litigating term.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner no.1 is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner no.1, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Shikarpur Police Station Case No. 151 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
