2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 04 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, for land dispute, the petitioner and one Shival Yadav have assaulted the victim. From the injury report it appears that the injuries are lacerated wound, simple in nature and they are minor cuts.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no offence under Section 307 is made out. He further submits that the injuries sustained by the injured falsify the prosecution case, as such, simple injury cannot be caused by rod.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 04 of 2024.
