2. Learned counsel for the State has filed show along with compliance order dated 25.04.2024 vide Annexure-A to show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 1 insofar as implementation of the order of this Court dated 12.01.2022 passed in CWJC No. 306 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that monetary benefits have not been settled and it is only on paper. Therefore, the concerned authority is hereby directed to make physical payment within a period of four weeks from today.

4. It is noticed that there is an inordinate delay in implementation of the orders of this Court. There is no extension of time in the order dated 12.01.2022. In fact, only four months' time was granted from 12.01.2022 or receipt of the order. There is an enormous delay in compliance of the order of this Court. Therefore, the concerned authorities are hereby directed to pay litigation cost of this contempt petition and it is quantified @ Rs. 10,000/- . The cost shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. In the event of non-compliance of the physical payment and cost the petitioner is
