JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-01-2018 By an order, dated 28.06.2011, passed in CWJC No. 1657 of 2011, this Court had granted the petitioner liberty to approach the authorities for redressal of his grievance. The petitioner has a grievance that the name of Bodhbali Middle School, Srisiya, Kanti, Muzaffarpur, has been changed by the Headmaster of the School to Rajyakrit Middle School, Srisiya. In terms of the liberty so granted, the petitioner approached the District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur, in 2012 itself, but till date no decision has been taken.

Let a decision be taken by the District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur, on the petitioner's representation, raising the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2416 of 2017(2) dt.03-01-2018 2/2 grievance, as noted above, within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The petitioner shall be required to bring to the notice of the District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur, his representation, earlier filed, and copies of the orders passed by this Court, along with a fresh representation.
