1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 333, 353, 337, 338, 225, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The informant alleges that the accused persons along with villagers came variously armed with weapons and pelted stones on police vehicle and the three apprehended accused named in the FIR taking advantage of the situation fled.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no.

No.40848 of 2023(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 1 is a woman and have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that they came to be implicated at the instance of Chowkidar with whom he is on an inimical term, it is next submitted that even presuming what has been alleged is true without admitting then there is no specific allegation of committing any overt act against the petitioners.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Turkauliya P.S.
