Writ application is dismissed, because it cannot be a case that merely because District Magistrate had given direction upon the authorities after certain complaints were received in the Janta Durbar therefore authority who has exercised power is without jurisdiction. It is a misnomer and misplaced kind of submission, which has been made on behalf of the petitioner. It is evident from perusal of the impugned order that such appointments were required to be looked into, because forged and fabricated materials were used for such selection. That aspect of the matter was
Patna High Court CWJC No.2132 of 2015 dt.05-02-2015 2/2 examined and conclusion has been reached. The District Magistrate was the authority before whom such serious omission was brought to his notice he marked the matter to the competent authority to verify and decide. The order impugned, therefore, is not required to be interfered with on that ground. Writ application is dismissed, accordingly.
