JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner being an agent of government officer, deprived and abused the beneficiary under the Indira Awas Scheme with regard to sanctioned money since the beneficiaries failed to oblige the petitioner otherwise. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is neither the government official nor a Panchayat representative and he is no way connected with the disbursement of benefits under Indira Awas Scheme. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S.
