JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vijay Kumar Verma, learned counsel who has appeared on behalf of the opposite party.

The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite party on an allegation of willful disobedience to an order dated 20.8.2013 passed in CWJC No. 5045 of 2007. By the said order this court had set aside the decision whereby it was decided to deduct 5% from the pension of the husband of the petitioner.

In this case show cause and supplementary show cause under the heading of supplementary counter affidavit have been filed. In paragraph no. 4 and 5 of the supplementary show cause

Patna High Court MJC No.2452 of 2014 (7) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 filed by the opposite party it has been indicated that deducted 5% amount has already been paid to the petitioner. In view of the facts and circumstances, the court is of the opinion that there is no need to further proceed with the matter.

The petition stands disposed of.
